I always see things in my pictures that I don't see in real life. I think I get used to things like lamp cords etc. and then when I take a picture they drive me nuts!

It really takes a long time to re-train the brain to have this one as a habit. I am at goal for 7 years and finally feel like I have it. Still once in a great while I indulge senselessly – usually my indulgences are of the mindful variety. Long term goals are much more difficult to satisfy than the short term kind. This is probably why Dunkin sells so many of the creamy variety of summer beverage!
I would like to know the frequency of bowel movements as well as the consistency of stools. Are they semisolid or solid? You need to do a stool check in a good laboratory. This will help you to know if the infection still persists. Gurgling sound that you hear is due to increase in the intestinal motility. Probably the body is adjusting after a diarrhea episode. Drink buttermilk two times in a day after meals. Also eat yogurt. Both will help to keep a good balance of intestinal bacteria.
